RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
The following is our return and refund policy at MLMK metaphysical

In store Purchases,

Within fourteen (14) days with proof of purchase or e-transfer reference number. If purchasing with cash, please ask for a receipt with your purchase. Otherwise the sale is final. All goods must be returned in their original packaging, in their original condition, unused and unblemished. Refunds are offered only in exceptional circumstances for reasons deemed valid by management. Please contact us here using the contact form below if you wish to initiate a return, or if you have any questions relating to a purchase.

Online,

Returns will be accepted within fourteen (14) days of purchase in the same condition they arrived in, with proof of purchase. Please notify us as soon as you know you'd like to return something. Return postage must be covered by the sender. Or, if in the GTA returns can be picked up for a nominal fee. In any case please, don't hesitate to contact us if you have questions about your order. As in almost every case, something can be worked out where everyone leaves happy. So, lets work together to do just that! Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

Shipping

Costs vary by customer, but you will be provided with an updated shipping cost before the shipment is sent, and if there is an issue please don't hesitate to contact us and we can work something out.

Order Processing

We will process your order in twenty-four (24) hours or less in normal circumstances, and items will be shipped within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase.

Late/No show fee

A no show fee will be applied to standing/pre-booked appointments that do not show, as unfortunately we have some people who book and don’t show. This fee is non negotiable and non refundable. The fee is 25$
